Ingredients:

Składniki:

4 jajka
2 szklanki cukru
3 szklanki mąki pszennej
1 szklanka mąki ziemniaczanej
1 mały proszek do pieczenia
1 cukier waniliowy
2 kremy do tortów, waniliowe
4 paczki małe capuccinno (aromatycznego-idealne jest brendy)
2 śmiatany kremówki
2 śmietana-fix
2 łyżki kakao ciemnego
można dodać bakalie

Prepare instructions:

Sposób przygotowania:
Ciasto:Zóltka utrzeć z 1 szklanka cukru ,pod koniec ucierania dodać 6 łyżek wody.Dodać mąkę ziemniaczana ,przenna,proszek,cukier waniliowy i kakao.Nastepnie dodać ubita białka z 1 szklanką cukru i wszystko dokładnia wymieszać.Piec ok.25 minut w temperaturze 170 stopni.
I warstwa -krem: Kremy tortowe zrobić wg przepisu na opakowaniu ,w trakcie ucierania dodać capucino .Można do masy dodać zmielone orzechy,inne bakalie,alkohol (wg upodowań)

I warstwa: Kremówki ubić ze śmietana-fix.
Na ciasto kładziemy warstwę kremu,na to ubitą śmietanę.Na koniec dekorujemy wierzch posypanym przez sito kakao lub posypką czekoladową.

Ciasto dostałam od koleżanki z pracy a ta podobno ściągnęła z jakiejś stroki,ale nie wiem z której!!

Mam pytanie czy w czasIE krojenia masa nie bedzie spadac po bokach

Mi masa nie spadała(smaczna była) a biszkopt zrobiłam według wlasnego przepisu i było wszystko pycha!!! Pozdrawiam
