ciasto cynamonowo-jabłkowe

Ingredients:

5 jaj
250 gram cukru
cukier waniliowy
300 gram mąki
1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
1 łyżeczka sodu oczyszczonej
1 łyżeczka cynamonu mielonego
1/2 szklanki oleju

4 jabłka

tłuszcz i bułka do przygotowania formy

Prepare instructions:

Jaja z cukrem i cukrem waniliowym ubijamy na biało (kogel mogel) nastepnie wsypujemy makę wymieszaną z proszkiem, sodą i cynamonem. Na koniec dodajemy 1/2 szklanki oleju. Do dobrze zmixowanego ciasta dodajemy jabłka - ja dodaję tarte na taerce jarzynówce, można w kawałakach. Dokładnie mieszamy i przelewamy do przgotowanej formy do pieczenia.

Ciasto pieczmy w piekarniku nagrzanym do 180 stopni przez 45-50 minut. Przy piecykach z termoobiegiem raczej 35-40 minut.

Najlepej smakuje lekko opruszone cukrem pudrem d goracej herbaty z cytryna po długim wspaniałym jesiennym spacerze.

upieklam, dobre, szybko znika, jest lekkie i "mokre" w srodku, jablka starlam na tarce i "zniknely" nastepnym razem pokroje w kawalki, zobacze jaka bedzie roznica, dzieki
