ciasto Gagarin

Ingredients:

1,5 kostki margaryny Kasia,
5 szklanek mąki,
2 całe jaja,
5 żółtek,
1 szklanka cukru,
3 łyżki kakao,
kisiel (czerwony)

1 kg kwaskowych jabłek,
galaretka zielona (agrest lub kiwi),

Prepare instructions:

zagnieść kruche ciasto i podzielić na 3 części
Jedną wzbogacić o kakao . Jedną część jasną i tą z kakao włożyć do zamrażarki (aby później dało się zetrzeć na tarce).

Trzecią część (jasną) rozwałkować na blaszkę.

jabłka potrzeć na tarce,
wymieszać z sypką galaretką.
Wyłożyć jabłka zmieszane z galaretką. Na rozłożone jabłka ucieramy część ciasta z kakao.
Ubijamy pianę z 5 pozostałych z ciasta białek, pod koniec ubijania dajemy 5 łyżek cukru i kisiel w proszku.

Pianę wykładamy na ciasto,
a na nią ścieramy na tarce trzecią część ciasta z zamrażalnika.

Pieczemy w nagrzanym do 180 - 190 stopni piekarniku 50 minut

Tereniu ! czuje ze to pyszne ciasto z rodziny plesniaków ! Upiekę , spróbuje ale z maką krupczatką . Pozdrawiam

Ciasto jest naprawdę pyszne... od 3 lat, to jest od wesela mojej córki robię je bardzo często..a na weselu, goście prosili o przepis...
