Ciasto jogurtowe

Ingredients:

3 szklanki mąki
200 g masła
5 jajek
1 szklanka cukru
800 ml jogurtu owocowego np: jagodowy, truskawkowy, owoce leśne
1 budyń malinowy
200 g wiórek kokosowych
3 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
szczypta soli

Prepare instructions:

Na stolnicę wsypujemy mąkę, dodajemy pokrojone masło, żółtka, 1/2 szklanki cukru, 2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia, szczyptę soli i zagniatamy ciasto. 3/4 ciasta wykładamy na natłuszczoną blaszkę, pozostałą cześć ciasta zawijamy w folię i wkładamy do zamrażarki.

Białka ubijamy ze szczyptą soli. Dodajemy 1/2 szklanki cukru i budyń. Ubijamy do rozpuszczenia cukru. Do piany wsypujemy wiórki kokosowe, proszek do pieczenia, wlewamy jogurt i delikatnie mieszamy. Masę przekładamy na ciasto. Z zamrażarki wyjmujemy ciasto i ścieramy na tarce . Pieczemy około 45 minut w temp. 180*C.

Ciasto doczekało się upieczenia :) Pyszne, owocowe (u mnie jogurt z owoców leśnych i na budyniu śmietankowym bo nie miałam malinowego). Bardzo łatwe w wykonaniu. Polecam
