Ciasto kokosowe z budyniem

Ingredients:

Ciasto:

10dag masła lub margaryny

1/2 szklanki cukru

2 szklanki mąki

3 jajka

1 i 1/2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia

Masa budyniowa:

1l mleka

3 budynie waniliowe (każdy na pół litra mleka)

Masa kokosowa:

2 jajka

1/2 szklanki cukru

20 dag wiórków kokosowych

10dag masła lub margaryny

cukier puder do posypania

Prepare instructions:

Masło posiekać z mąką, dodać jaja, cukier oraz proszek do pieczenia. Cisto wyłożyć na blaszkę. Budynie ugotować na mleku. Ostudzony budyń wyłożyć na ciasto.

Przygotować masę kokosową. Masło stopić. Białka ubić na sztywną pianę, dodać cukier, żółtka i wiórki kokosowe. Na koniec dodajemy masło. Tak przygotowaną masę wykładamy na budyń.

Pieczemy ok. 40 min. w temp. 180⁰C.

Smacznego!

A to wersja ze śliwkami. Polecam też z wiśniami w spirytusie :)

Ciasto bardzo dobre jeszcze nie raz do niego wrócę,tylko jedno ale u mnie się piekło godzinę!!!.

Piekłam te ciasto i użyłam jeszcze truskawek z kąpotu ,wyszło dobre -polecam.
