1/2 kost margaryny lub masła

3/4 szkl cukru

3/4 szkl maki

Ciasto

2 szt jajka( duze )

1 szkl cukru

1 szkl maślanki

1/2 szkl oliwy

2,5 -3 szkl mąki

3 łyzeczki proszku do pieczenia

cukier waniliwy

owoce sezonowe,śliwki,porzeczki,jablka kto co lubi

Prepare instructions:

Wykonanie kruszonki

masło i cukier utrzec ,połączyć z mąką i zanieść .uformować kule i włożyc do lodówki

wykonanie ciasta

jajka ubijamy z cukrem i cukrem waniliowym,dodaj maslankę ,oliwę .Makę zmieszaj z proszkiem i wsypuj po mału cały czas miksując

Blaszkę 20x35 ( ja taka posiadam )posmaruj tłuszczem i wysyp tartą bułka

wlej ciasto na wierzch ułóż dowolone owoce i z lodówki wyjmij kruszonke i rozkrusz na wierzchu ciasta

piec w temperaturze 180stopni około 55 minut

w zależnosci od piekarnika

Robię podobny przepis mam tylko zwiększoną ilośc jajek i oliwy dla mnie pycha szybki wilgotny polecam.
