ciasto truskawkowa pychotka

Ingredients:

Biszkopt z makiem:

3 jajka
1/2 szkl. cukru
1/2 szkl. mąki
1/2 łyżeczki proszku
1/3 szkl. suchego maku

Biszkopt kakaowy:

3 jajka
1/2 szkl. cukru
1/2 szkl. mąki
1/2 łyżeczki proszku
1 czubata łyżeczka kakao

Biszkopt jasny:

3 jajka
1/2 szkl. cukru
1/2 szkl. mąki
1/2 łyżeczki proszku

MASA:

500 ml śmietanki 36% (ja daję Łowicz)
900 dag truskawek
7 łyżek cukru
2 łyżki żelatyny

Dodatkowo:

1 galaretka pomarańczowa
1 galaretka czerwona
1 biała czekolada

Prepare instructions:

Pieczemy 3 biszkopty, białka oddzialamy od żołtek i ubijamy na sztywną pianę, dodajemy cukier, żółtka, mąke wymieszaną z proszkiem i resztę składników.

Smiętankę ubijamy na sztywno. 500 dag truskawek miksujemy na sos a resztę 400 dag kroimy na kawałki.
Do ubitej smietany wlewamy powoli sos z truskawek i dalej ubijamy mikserem, dodajemy cukier i żelatynę rozpuszczoną uprzednio w 6 łyżkach wody. Wszystko dobrze miksujemy. Masę dzielimy na pół, do jednej połowy dodajemy truskawki pokrojone w kostkę i delkiatnie mieszamy łyżką.

Wcześniej przygotowujemy 2 galaretki wg. przepisu na opakowaniu.

Składamy ciasto:
Biszkopt z makiem - masa z kawałkami truskawek - ciemny biszkopt - część drugiej połowy masy truskawkowej układamy galaretke pokrojoną w paski dajemy pozostałą część masy - biszkopt jasny. udekorować dowolnie (ja posmarowałam delikatnie masą truskawkową i posypałam startą białą czekoladą. Każdy biszkopt nasączyłam wodą z cytryną.

Ciasto naprawdę pysznę. Polecam serdecznie.

Witaj, czy mogłabyś napisać ile mniej więcej piekłaś te biszkopty i w jakiej temperaturze?? I w jakiej tortownicy? Z góry dziękuje za odpowiedź i pozdrawiam

Faktycznie nie napisałam tego przepraszam!!! Biszkopty piekłam w normalnej podłużnej blaszce 27x35 cm. ok. 15-20 minut w termoobiegu w 175 st.
