Ciasto z alkoholem

Ingredients:

Ciasto:

250g masła
200g cukru
200g mąki pszennej
1 ½ łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
4 jajka
4 łyżki mleka
3 łyżki kakao

Masa:

1 szkl. kaszy manny
1 szkl. wiórków kokosowych
1 szkl. cukru
1 szkl. wódki
1 kostka margaryny np. Kasi

Polewa:

200g czekolady gorzkiej
100ml śmietany słodkiej 30%

Prepare instructions:

Przygotowanie ciasta:

Masło zmiksować z cukrem. Dalej miksując dodać po jednym jajku. Kolejno dodać mąkę wymieszaną z proszkiem do pieczenia, kakao i mleko. Gotowe ciasto wyłożyć na blachę o wymiarach około 30x 40cm (można spokojnie użyć mniejszej blachy, tylko troszkę dłużej piec) posmarowanej margaryną i posypanej mąką. Piec w nagrzanym piekarniku około 20 min. w temperaturze 180°C. Ostudzić.

Przygotowanie masy:

Do litrowego słoika wsypuję kokosowe wiórki, surową kaszę mannę, cukier i dokładnie wszystko mieszam. Następnie suche składniki umieszczone w słoiku zalewam wódką. Słoik z zawartość szczelnie zamykam tak aby alkohol nie wywietrzał. Słoik wstawiam do lodówki na noc aż suche składniki wchłoną wódkę i masa napęcznieje. Następnego dnia wyjmuję słoik z lodówki, a masę wykładam do makutry. Najpierw ucieram samą masę, potem dodaję bardzo powoli, stopniowo, miękką margarynę i całość ucieram drewnianą pałką do otrzymania puszystego kremu.

Przygotowanie polewy:

Czekoladę razem ze śmietaną rozpuścić w kąpieli wodnej. Czekoladę wylać na masę.

Masa z surowej kaszy manny ?

Jest już kilka wersji tego ciasta na WŻ.pod nazwą; alkoholik,malibu albo pijany zygmunt.Jest bardzo dobre, nie czuć masy surową kaszą.
