Crumble z jabłkami choć niekoniecznie

Ingredients:

4 jabłka, najlepiej kwaśne, antonówki, renety (mogą być też inne owoce, albo mieszanki owoców, znakomite są np. jabłka z gruszkami, śliwki węgierki, latem mogą być maliny). Crumble zmieni oblicze gdy dodamy namoczonych wcześniej suszonych śliwek czy moreli

ewentualnie namoczona, nalepiej w alkoholu garść rodzynków, trochę orzechów, brandy

Kruszonka:

10 dag maślanych herbatników (najzwyklejszych)
10 dag masła
5 dag mąki pszennej
5 dag cukru

Prepare instructions:

Jabłka obrać, pokroić na ćwiartki, a potem w plastry.
Naczynie żaroodoporne wysmarować masłem, i ułożyć w nim owoce. W wersji bogatszej skropić alkoholem, posypać bakaliami.
Piekarnik nagrzać do 240 stopni.
Kruszonka: herbatniki pokruszyć (można w malakserze), dodać mąkę i cukier, na końcu zimne masło i szybko zagnieść kruszonkę. Gotową ułożyć na owocach.
Naczynie wstawić do piekarnika i od razu zmniejszyć temperaturę do 180 stopni. Zapiekać 25-30 minut.

Podawać na gorąco samo lub z lodami, bitą śmietaną. Na zimno smakuje równie wybornie. Szybki, tani angielski deser, świetny na jesienno-zimowe wieczory i dla niespodziewanych gości.

Crumble ma jeszcze tę zaletę, że można go przygotować wcześniej, a do piekarnika wstawić jak będzie potrzebny.

Do jakiego stopnia należy zmniejszyć temperaturę? W przepisie podano, że do 280, ale to więcej niż na początku i się pogubiłam. Bardzo proszę o odpowiedź

Oczywiście, że chodzi o 180 stopni, już poprawiłam, przepraszam!
