Ingredients:

Ciasto kruche:

50dkg mąki
5 żółtek
3/4 szklanki cukru pudru
kostka masła
4 łyżki kwaśnej śmietany

Nadzienie:

70 dkg wydrylowanych czereśni
1/2 szklanki cukru pudru
5 białek
kisiel wiśniowy w proszku bez cukru

Ponaddto:

bułka tarta do podsypania pod owoce w celu pochłonięcia wilgoci
cukier puder do posypania ciasta

Prepare instructions:

Ciasto nie jest moje znalazłam je na kilku blogach internetowych, mając koszyczek czereśni, wykorzystałam je właśnie o tego wypieku. Smak jest zaskakujący, warty wypróbowania, to poprostu smaczny placek.

Zagnieść ciasto kruche, podzielić na 2 częsci, jedną wstadzić do zamrażalnika, drugą do lodówki na ok 2h. Po tym czasie wyjąć, jedną połowę rozwałkować ,umieścić na blaszce wyłożonej papierem do pieczenia (u mnie kwadratowa 24cm) i ponakłuwać widelcem. Wsadzić do piekarnika nagrzanego do 180st, na 15 min. Podpieczone ciasto wyjąć posypać solidnie bułką tartą na to wylożyć owoce. Białka ubić z cukrem pudrem na sztywna pianę, dodać kisiel i jeszcze ubić. Piankę wyłożyć na owoce a na wierzch posypać ciastem startym na dużych oczkach. Piec ok 45 min w 180st.

Wystudzone ciasto posypać cukrem pudrem.

W przepisie napisałaś dwa razy mąka a to chyba chodzi o 3/4 szklanki cukru
