De volaille - Dewolaje pieczarkowo-serowe Darii

Ingredients:

4 filety z kurczaka lub 4 plastry schabu (zależy kto, co lubi)
ok. 15 dkg pieczarek
0,5 - 1 cebuli
2 grubsze plastry sera
1 - 2 jajka rozmącone
bułka tarta lub mąka
margaryna lub olej
pieprz
sól
wegeta
olej do smazenia

Porcji:
2 szt. duże

Prepare instructions:

Pieczarki pokrój na części lub w kostkę.
Cebulę pokrój drobno.
Posól i popieprz wg siebie.
Usmaż wszystko razem po chwili podlewając lekko wodą i duś je ok. 10-15 min - będą wtedy soczyste i miękkie.
Filety ubij tłuczkiem.
Dopraw wegeta wg siebie (ale tylko strony zewnętrzne - dopasuj do siebie 2 filety tak, aby w miarę mozliwości krawędzie pokrywały sie jednakowo i te właśnie strony wierzchnie dopraw wegetą itd.)
Zamocz w jajku, a następnie w bułce.
Połóż 1 z 2. filetów na desce stroną opanierowaną i na stronę bez panierki kładz pieczarki z cebulą, tak żeby były skupione w środku na przestrzeni mięsa.
Na pieczarki połóż 1 plaster sera żółtego.
Przykryj to 2. filetem.
Złap w ręce lub posmaruj jajkiem np. pędzlem brzegi i obtocz je w bułce, tak aby się skleiły i nic nie wyplynęło ze środka w czasie smążenia.
Smaż na oleju z obu stron delikatnie przewracając.
Smacznego !!!

Smaczne i baaardzo syte danie. Pieczarki również mają swój wyjątkowy smak, ponieważ łącza się z całą resztą tzn. z serem żółtym i cebulą, a do tego przesiąkają sokiem kurczaka w środku.

Zrobiłam troszkę inaczej - nie przykrywałam drugim płatem mięsa (kto zje takie wielkie porcje?). Smaczne :-)
