domowe przepyszne ciasteczka

Very easy

Ingredients:

250 g mąki (1 szklanka + 8 łyżek stołowych)
4 łyżki cukru
125 g margaryny lub masła roślinnego
1 jajo
3 łyżki śmietany
1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
1 opakowanie cukru waniliowego

cukier waniliowy lub kilka łyżek cukru do posypania ciasteczek

tłuszcz i mąka do wysmarowania i wysypania blachy

Prepare instructions:

Do mąki dodać cukier, cukier waniliowy, jajo, proszek do pieczenia, śmietanę i margarynę.
Wszystkie składniki wyrobić na gładką masę.
Rozwalkować na grubość ok. 1 cm, w razie potrzeby podsypywać mąką.
Foremkami wykrawać ciasteczka, a w środku ciasteczek robić małe dziurki (ja z braku narzędzia robiłam to słomką od napojów). Wykrojone ciasteczka wyłożyć na wysmarowaną tłuszczem i wysypaną mąką blachę.
Wierzch ciasteczek posypujemy cukrem waniliowym lub zwykłym cukrem.

Wstawić do piekarnika nagrzanego do 180 stopni (elektryczny około 160 stopni) i piec około 25 minut.

Około 30-40 sztuk, ale to zależy od wielkości foremek
