dziś robie do obiadu, przynajmniej coś innego niż wykłe ziemniaki...
ten sposób z 1/4 ...tak moja babcia uczyła mnie kluski śląskie robić

zrobiłam na dzisiejszy obiad do kurczaka i zdania są podzielone:(

maja ciekawy cebulowy smak ( dodałam również czosnku granulowanego ), z wierzchu ladnie sie przypiekły, ale w środku konsystencja kluchy śląskiej, takie smażone kluchy, bardzo ciężkie 

Dzisiejsza próba -  przed niedzielnym rodzinnym obiadem- zatem rezygnuję z tej formy podania ziemniaków, zostałam bez pomysłu
