Biszkopt:
-8 białek
-30 dkg cukru
-30 dkg kokosu+1 łyżeczka mąki ziemniaczanej
-1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia

Krem czekoladowy:
-8 żółtek
-0,5 kostki margaryny
-1 szkl.cukru pudru
Wszystko razem utrzeć na gładką masę.
-2 gorzkie czekolady
-0,25 kostki margaryny
-0,5 paczki rodzynek
-0,5 paczki orzechów włoskich
-1 kieliszek wódki
Na wierzch:
-0,5 l kremówki
-0,5 szkl.cukru pudru
-2 łyżeczki rozpuszczonej żelantyny

Prepare instructions:

Białka ubić na sztywno,dodać cukier,dalej ubijać,wsypać kokos z mąką i proszkiem,wymieszać.Upiec.

2 gorzkie czekolady rozpuścić w 0,25 kostki margaryny,dodać ciepłe do utartej masy,dodać po połowie paczki rodzynek i orzechów włoskich oraz kieliszek wódki,wymieszać,wylać na biszkopt kokosowy.

Kremówke ubić na sztywno,dodać cukier,póżniej żelantynę,wylać na krem czekoladowy.

Bita śmietanę posypać startą czekoladą.

Jadłam ciasto wg tego przepisu (jedyna różnica to mniej cukru dodanego do ubitej kremówki i brak orzechów w masie). Jest naprawdę pyszne - niepowtarzalne w smaku. Jędzącym kojarzy się ze smakiem batonika Bounty - ale uzupełniony jest o alkoholowy aromat masy. Ja dodałabym zamiast wódki likeru amretto lub rumu.
