Dżem z winogron

Ingredients:

Na 8 słoików po 250 ml

75 dag winogron
70 dag cukru
1/2 kg gruszek
1/2 kg jabłek

Prepare instructions:

Winogrona oderwać od gałązek, umyć. Włożyć do rondla, lekko zgnieść, tak by puściły sok. Podgrzewać, aż zaczną wrzeć. Owoce przetrzeć przez gęste sito. Przecier gotować 5-6 minut, wsypać cukier, gotować jeszcze około 10 minut. Gruszki i jabłka obrać, zetrzeć na tarce z dużymi otworami. Dodać do przecieru z winogron, wymieszać. Gotować około 30 minut, aż dżem zgęstnieje. Gorący włożyć do wyparzonych słoików, dobrze zakręcić.

Zamierzam dziś wypróbować ten przepis. Wygląda zachęcająco. Na pewno będzie pychotka. (Winogrona mam ciemne i lekko kwaskowate)

A mnie dżemik nie wyszedł. :-( Nie dosyć, że bardzo słogki, to jeszcze płynny. Dlaczego???

Mnie dżem się udał, kolor taki sobie w smaku jednak bardzo dobry. Zrobiłam go na dżemfiksie i jest taki jak trzeba.

W smaku dzem ok, ale jak u poprzedniczek w plynie... Wiec chyba go dzemem nazwac nie mozna. Jesli jeszcze sie do niego kiedys zabiore, to bede dluuugo odparowywac owoce.

Bardzo smaczny ten dzem, dodalam torebeczke cukru migdalowego.Bardzo nam smakuje i nie jest lejacy.
