Ingredients:

CIASTO

• 6 jaj
• 30 dkg mąki
• 1 margaryna
• proszek do pieczenia duży 16g
• 1 szkl. cukru pudru
• 1 kg jabłek
• 1 łyżka kakao

MASA

• 1 budyń śmietankowy
• mleko
• 1 margaryna
• 6 łyżek cukru

POLEWA CZEKOLADOWA

Prepare instructions:

6 żółtek ubić z cukrem dodać roztopioną wystudzoną margarynę
i ucierać. Nastepnie dodać makę ,proszek do pieczenia i pianę
z pięciu jaj i wymieszać.
Większą połowę ciastawylać na blachę, drugą częśc ciasta
wymieszać z kakao i pianą 1 jajka i wlać delikatnie na pierwsze ciasto. Następnie na to ciasto dodać pokrojone w plastry jabłka i upiec.

Margarynę z cukrem utrzeć. Budyń ugotować i ostudzić i dać go do margaryny z cukrem i mieszać do czasu aż masa bedzie pulchna. gotową mase dać na upieczony placek. Mase buduniową polać polewą czekoladową.

Witam ! Proszek do pieczenia "duży" tzn. jaki, ile gram? Są opakowania, z tego co wiem, 8g, 16g, 32g.
