gęsta zupa z czerwonej fasoli

Ingredients:

0.5 kg czerwonej fasoli (suchej)
2 kości wieprzowe
25 dag wędzonego chudego boczku
20 dag mięsa np.łopatki (niekoniecznie)
marchew
duża cebula
kostka do zupy warzywna
2 liście laurowe
majeranek
ostra papryka
sól, pieprz
2-3 łyzeczki koncentratu pomidorowego

Prepare instructions:

Fasolę zalać zimną wodą i moczyć całą noc.
Wodę z fasoli wymienić, jeśli konieczne nawet 2 razy, bo puszcza kolor.
W dużym garnku zagotować fasolę, dodać kości, kostkę, majeranek, liście laurowe i marchew pokrojoną w kostkę.
Boczek i mięso pokroić w kostkę. Na patelni podsmażyć boczek; na wytopionym tłuszczu zrumienić mięso- pod koniec dodać poszatkowaną w kosteczkę cebulę, żeby sie zeszkliła. Dodać wszystko do zupy.
Pół godziny przed końcem gotowania dodać koncentrat pom., sól, pieprz, paprykę (1/4 łyżeczki).
Na koniec ( zupa musi sie gotować 2 godziny na wolnym ogniu,aż fasolka bedzie miękka) zagęścić ją zasmażką z łyżeczki masła i 2 łyżek mąki. Gotowac jeszcze 5 min.

Uwaga! Czerwona fasolka "farbuje" i mięsko będzie koloru buraczkowego.

Pyszna, uwielbiam potrawy z fasoli, zupy również. Na tej się nie zawiodłam, wyszła pyszna. Do smaku dałam jeszcze czosnek i ocet. U mnie wersja z ziemniakami. Dałabym jeszcze kiszoną kapustę bo tak się u mnie w domu jadło ( mniam! ) ale nie miałam:( Polecam!
