Gołabki z soczewicą

Ingredients:

Składniki:

torebka zielonej soczewicy (100g)
kapusta pekińska
3 marchewki
pół selera
por
1/2 szklanki bulinu z kostki
2 cebule
2 łyżki oleju
starty żółty ser
pieprz i sól

Prepare instructions:

Przygotowanie:

Soczewiczę gotujemy wg przepisu na opakowaniu.
Warzywa kroimy na kawłki, gotujemy, odcedzamy.
Z kapustu odrywany zewnętrze liście, płuczemy i blanszujemy przez 2 minutki w osolonym wrzątku, osączamy.
Robimy farsz: soczewicę łaczymy z warzywamni, dodajemy ser, pieprz i sól, mieszamy i nakładamy farsz do liści.
Przygotowujemy jarzynkę: resztę kapusty szatkujemu, cebulę kroimy w kostkę i podsmażamy na oleju razem z kapustą. Zalewamy rosołem.
Gołąbki przekładamy do jarzynki i dusimy 15 min.
Mozna podawać z ziemniakami/

o kurczę, nawet nie wiesz jak się cieszę, że smakowało ! :D w sumie to bardzo proste danie i dość szybko się robi i naprawdę jest wyjątkowo smaczne :)

Chciałam te gołąbki zrobić babci, która jest niestety na diecie bezbiałkowej, nie da rady zrobić bez sera :( ?

Powinno się udać bez sera, choć pełni on rolę 'sklejacza' nadzienia.
