Przygotowac golabki wg przepisu np."nimeska"

Prepare instructions:

Zazwyczaj robi sie wiecej golabkow niz potrzeba na 1 obiad i czasem niewiadomo jak je podac na 2 czy 3 dzien. Ja golabki (ugotowane) przechowuje na "sucho", bez sosu, w lodowce.

Polecam zapiec golabki w piekarniku.

Do brytfanny wkladamy golabki, skrapiamy olejem i woda. Dodatkowo mozna polozyc wiorki masla na golabkach.
Zapiekamy ok. 30 min. w tem. 150-180°.
Mozna obok golabkow poukladac pokrojone ziemniaki i razem z nimi upiec.

Dla leniwych - mozna tez podsmazyc golabki na patelni na oleju, obracajac co jakis czas aby byly rumiane z kazdej strony.

Podajemy gorace z chlebem, jesli ktos lubi polewa ketchupem.

To fakt,że nie wiadomo jak podać gołąbki na drugi dzień i pomysł z ich zapieczeniem jest trafny
Ja jeszcze posypałabym je żółtym serem i tak zapiekła,ale nigdy tak nie próbowałam.Jak zrobię to napiszę.Pozdrawiam
