Ingredients:

6 średnich ziemniaków .
30 dag mięsa.(może być karkówka albo polędwica wieprzowa)
1 średnia cebula(pokrojona w kostkę)
2 łyżeczki papryki słodkiej w proszku
1łyżeczka papryki ostrej w proszku.
3 łyżki przecieru pomidorowego
2 łyżki ketchupu łagodnego
olej do smażenia 2 łyżki.
Do polania gotowej potrawy.
śmietana 18% po 2 łyżki na porcję
pietruszka zielona pokrojona do posypania.

Vegeta.sól pieprz do smaku.

Prepare instructions:

Ziemniaki obieramy kroimy na połówki.Mięso kroimy w paski kładziemy na rozgrzany olej na patelni.Smażymy aż do odparowania wody do mięsa dodajemy cebulę,vegete,sól.,pieprz do smaku.
Jak cebulka będzie miękka i zarumieniona odstawiamy patelnię z palnika (to ważne) i dopiero w tedy dodajemy paprykę słodką i ostrą .Dokładnie mieszamy stawiamy ponownie na palnik,dodajemy przecier pomidorowy,ketchup mieszamy wsypujemy ziemniaki i całość zalewamy wodą.Przykrywamy pokrywką i na małym ogniu gotujemy ok.20 min aż ziemniaki będą miękkie.

Wykładamy na głębokie talerze albo miseczki.Na środek kładziemy śmietanę i posypujemy zieloną pietruszką.

Danie jest bardzo smaczne syte i doskonale nadaje się na zimne dni.

Potrawa sycąca, wyśmienita i extra pikantna (dodałam ketchup pikantny zamiast łagodnego). Gorąco polecam!!!
