Gotowana kapusta

Ingredients:

kapusta (ja rozbiłam z połowy głowki, bo tyle zostało mi od gołąbków)
sól
pieprz
majeranek
sczypta Vegety
1 listek laurowy
2 ziarnka ziela angielskiego
2 łyżki margaryny
2 czubate łyżeczk koncentratu pomidorowego
łyżka mąki wrocławskiej
2-3 łyżki oleju

Prepare instructions:

Kapustę pokroić, wrzucić do garnka, zalać wodą, przyprawić solą, pieprzem, majerankiem (nie podam ile tych przypraw, bo sypałam "na oko"), 1 listek laurowy, 2 ziarnka ziela angielskiego, trochę Vegety i gotować.

Jak kapusta będzie miękka odcedzić, ale troszkę wody zostawić na dnie. Dodać 2 łyżki margaryny i 2 łyżeczki koncentratu pomidorowego, wymieszać, postawić na małym ogniu i dusić pod przykryciem ok 10 min.

Na patelni zrobić zasmażkę: 2-3 łyżki oleju i łyżkę mąki usmażyć.

Zasmażkę wlać do kapusty, wymieszać i dusić na małym ogniu jakieś 5 min. Jeżeli kapusta będzie zbyt gęsta to można dodać jeszcze trochę margaryny.

Przepis dostałam od teściowej.

Przepis bardzo prosty, szybki i dzisiaj się przekonam czy również smaczny. Mam nadzieję, że tak. Jedyna moja uwaga dotycząca przepisu, to taka, że jestem zdecydowanie przeciwko margarynie. Ja użyję masła. Ale generalnie przepis mi się bardzo podoba.
