Grillowana wołowina - steki

Ingredients:

wołowina (najlepiej polędwica, ligawa, rozbratel) - ilość w zależności od ilości osób - pokrojona na steki o grubości ok 2 cm
grill
olej kujawski
czosnek granulowany lub w kostkach Knorra
vegeta
majeranek
papryka słodka w proszku
oregano
przyprawa do grilla
pieprz
sól

Prepare instructions:

Mięso myjemy, usuwamy włókna i suszymy ręcznikiem papierowym. Kroimy ostrym nożem na steki o grubości ok 2 cm. Lekko rozbijamy. Polewamy troszkę olejem. Rozgrzewamy grill. Ja robilam na domowym elektrycznym. Na max. temperaturze. Układamy steki. Po kilku minutach posypujemy dość mocno pieprzem, trochę vegetą, czosnkiem, majerankiem, papryką, oregano i przyprawą do grilla. Zmniejszamy temperaturę. Smażymy odrwacając co jakiś czas.

Pod koniec posypujemy troszeczkę solą ale nie za wiele bo przyprawy już są słone.

Smażymy do miękkości jaką lubimy rare, medium , well done - jak kto woli. Nie nakłuwamy aby nie wyciekły soki.

Podajemy z masłem czosnkowym lub sosem z zielonego pieprzu. Przepisy łatwo znajdziecie.

wielką sztuką jest zrobić NIE twarde steki - te wyszły super polecam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bardzo smakowita wolowinka :) Zrobilam do niej sos czosnkowy i salatke ziemniaczna. Rodzinka byla zachwycona. Dziekuje :)
