Ingredients:

800g wołowiny(żeberka,filety),
wieprzowina(udziec) lub baranina,
(osobiście wziełam filety z indyka),
olej do smażenia,
mieszanka przypraw(są z KAMISA i KOTANYJ)

Prepare instructions:

1. Mięso pokroić w paski.
2. Podgrzać olej na patelni.
3. Włożyć mięso, nie mieszać, aby nabrało koloru.
4. Dodać trzy łyżeczki mieszanki przypraw do gyrosa i usmażyć mięso (powinno być rozłożone w jednej warstwie)
5. Podawać z sałatkami, sosem TZATZIKI(nie wiem co to za sos), smażonymi (frytki są w sam raz) albo pieczonymi ziemniakami lub z białym pieczywem.

to jest przepis zywcem niemalze przepisany z opakowania przyprawy "gyros" firmy KOTANYI.. Kotanyi, Anerite, to jedna z firm produkujacych przyprawy na rynki polskim (autorka nawet nie byla w stanie przepisac poprawnie tej nazwy z opakowania).. cooz..
