Herbata z przyprawami i mleczkiem migdałowym

Ingredients:

2 łyżki herbaty liściastej
3 strączki kardamonu
1 laska cynamonu
2 goździki
3 cienkie plasterki imbiru
szczypta świeżo zmielonego pieprzu
3 szklanki wody
1/2 szklanki mleka migdałowego
1/2 szklanki mleka
miód
cukier waniliowy

Prepare instructions:

W moździeżu zmiażdżyć kardamon, cynamon i goździki. Do garczka wlać wodę wsypać herbatę, lekko zgniecione przyprawy i imbir.

Doprowadzić wodę do wrzenia i gotować ok 5min, po czym zdjąć z ognia i odstawić na kolejne 5min.

Dolać mleko i ponownie zagotować, zdjąć z ognia i przykryć na kilka minut

Herbatę odcedzić za pomnocą sitka, rozlać do filiżanek.

W razie potrzeby posłodzić miodem z dodatkiem cukru waniliowego.

Próbowałam kilka razy. Aromatyczna i rozgrzewająca. Nie mniej jednak wolę bez mleka..

Pyszna i mocno rozgrzewa. Przyprawy mielone mieszałam, nie słodziłam już bo i tak jest lekko słodka wg mnie. Polecam 2thumbsup
