Jajo sadzone na śniadanko!

Ingredients:

Na 1 jajo :

Duże jajko;

duży plaster wędzonego boczku lub kilka małych plasterków;

duży plaster żółtego sera;

mała łyżeczka masła;

szczypiorek;

sól.

Prepare instructions:

Na patelni rozpuścić masło, ułożyć plastry boczku i smażyć kilka minut na rumiano (na średnim ogniu aby nie spalić masła ).

Gotowy boczuś przełożyć na talerzyk a na wytopiony tłuszczyk ostrożnie wbić jajo. Oprószyć solą i smażyć aż żółtko się zetnie a białko lekko przypiecze. Wówczas położyć na nim plaster sera żółtego.

Gdy ser się rozpuści, ułożyć na nim boczek. Gotowe jajko przełożyć na talerzyk, posypać szczypiorkiem i podawać od razu z np. pieczywem.

Takie sadzone robię już kilka lat, jest bardzo dobre na syte śniadanie:)
