Bardzo podobny przepis na kalafiora mam w swojej książce. Uwielbiam jego smak :) Tylko ja klasycznie go panieruję w jajku i bułce. Dzięki zapiekaniu w piekarniku, a nie smażniu na głębokim tłuszczu (króry kalafior wsiąka jak gąbka), mamy zdrowszą propozycje na syty dodatek do obiadu lub samodzielne danie :)

Bardzo smaczny sposób na kalafiora.Ja gotowałam w wodzie z dodatkiem cukru i mleka, polałam sklarowanym masełkiem z przesmażoną w nim bułką tartą,posypałam startym serem.

Pychotka!  Całkiem inaczej smakuje tak podany kalafior niż tradycyjnie. Smaku dodaje ten ciągnący się serek..polecam.
