Kalafior z mielonym mięsem

Ingredients:

1 duży kalafior,
1 średnia cebula,
1 pęczek pietruszki,
40 dag mielonego mięsa,
2 jajka,
sól, pieprz,
świeżo starta gałka muszkatołowa,
3 duże pomidory,
50 g masła,
250 ml śmietany,
50 g startego żółtego sera

Prepare instructions:

Kalafior oczyścić, dokładnie umyć, krótko obgotować w osolonym wrzątku. Wyjąć z wody i starannie osaczyć. Cebulę obrać, pokroić w kostkę. Pietruszkę umyć, osuszyć i posiekać. Cebulę, natkę i jedno jajko dodać do mielonego mięsa, wymieszać i doprawić. Pomidory umyć, po usunięciu zdrewniałych szypułek pokroić w plasterki. Śmietanę rozkłócić z jajkiem, doprawić solą, pieprzem i gałką muszkatołową. Piekarnik rozgrzać do 200°C. Duże naczynie żaroodporne natłuścić i ułożyć w nim kalafior. Wokół kalafiora rozłożyć plasterki pomidorów, a na nich doprawione mięso. Kalafior posypać wiórkami masła. Całość polać masą śmietanowo-jajeczną i posypać serem. Piec ok. 25 minut.

czyli kalafior nie powinien być zakryty pomidorami i mięsem ? dobrze zrozumiałam ? mam akurat w lodówce wszystko co trzeba, mielone wołowe będzie ok ?
