Ingredients:

1kg ziemniaków
0,5 kg kapusty kiszonej
2 średnie cebule
300g boczku wędzonego
3 łyżki oleju
sól,pieprz do smaku

Prepare instructions:

Ziemniaki obieramy i gotujemy.Kapuste kiszoną kroimy drobo (jeśli jest bardzo kwaśna)należy "wykąpać"w gorącej wodzie,następnie gotujemy ją do miękkości.Boczek kroimy w kostkę i podsmażamy na oleju,dodając pod koniec drobno posiekaną cebulkę .Smażymy do czasu aż cebulka się zeszkli.Ugotowane ziemniaki dokładnie gnieciemy.Ugotowaną kapuste wyciskamy w dłoniach aby pozbyć sie wody i dodajemy do ziemniaków.Następnie dodajemy podsmażony boczek z cebulką,pieprzy i sól do smaku.Wszystko dokladnie ze sobą mieszamy.

Kapustka rewelacyjnie sprawdza się na obiad wraz z jajkiem sadzonym,jak również do golonki w ramach zasmażanej kapusty.
Przechowywać w lodówce odgrzewając na patelni lub w mikrofalii

Dodać jeszcze pieprz i jest bardzo dobry farsz na pierogi
