kapusta palce lizać

Ingredients:

kapusta biała
1kg warzyw ( marchew, pietruszka,seler)
1 kg kiełbasy ( podwawelska)
4 średnie cebule
puszka groszku konserwowego
koncentrat pomidorowy
szklanka wody
1/2 szk. oleju
ziele, liść laurowy, pieprz
magii,

Prepare instructions:

Kapustę szatkujemy, podlewamy wodą i olejem, wstawiamy na gaz.
Warzywa kroimy w cienkie talarki i dorzucamy do kapusty, dodajemy listek laurowy, ziele i pieprz.
Kiełbasę kroimy w kostkę podsmażamy na 3 łyżkach oleju dodajemy pokrojoną w kostkę cebulę. Zrumienić. Wrzucamy do kapustki.
Gotujemy ok 1 h. aż wszystkie warzywa będą miękkie.
Dodajemy puszkę groszku ( odsączony) i koncentrat. Przyprawiamy.
Gotujemy jeszcze ok 15 min.
Po dodaniu groszku i koncentratu, częściej mieszamy żeby kapusta się nie przypaliła.

No rzeczywiscie palce lizać:) Ja jeszcze dodałam mała ilosc ziemniakow pokrojonych w kostkę, wtedy danie jest jeszcze bardziej sycące:)

Nigdy nie lubiłam "słodkiej", gotowanej kapusty, ten przepis to zmienił, dzięki:)
