Zapiekanka wiosenna

Ingredients:

1 główka młodej kapusty
50 dag pieczarek
60 dag ziemniaków
1 papryka czerwona
1 papryka żółta
0,5 l rosoły (może być z kostki)
2 łyżki masła
2 łyżki mąki pszennej
2 łyżki koncentratu pomidorowego
100 ml śmietany
10 dag tartego żółtego sera
sól i pieprz do smaku

Prepare instructions:

Kapustę umyć i poszatkować. Paprykę pozbawić nasion i pokroić w drobną kostkę. Pieczarki oczyścić, umyć i pokroić w plasterki. Składniki zalać rosołem i gotować ok 5 min. Odcedzić. Wywar zachować. Ziemniaki ugotować w łupinach. Obrać ze skórki i pokroić w plastry. Z masła i mąki przygotować jasną zasmażkę. Rozprowadzić wywarem. Dodać śmietanę i przecier pomidorowy. Posolić i popieprzyć. Formę do zapiekanek wysmarować tłuszczem. Na dno ułożyć warstwę warzyw, następnie warstwę ziemniaków i znowu warzywa. Układać tak warstwami, aż do wyczerpania składników. Każdą warstwę skrapiać sosem. Wierzch zapiekanki polać resztą sosu i posypać tartym serem. Zapiekać w średnio nagrzanym piekarniku przez ok 40 min.

" Na dno ułożyć warstwę ziemniaków,następnie warstwę duszonych ziemniaków i znowu warzywa." - chyba wkradł się tutaj błąd..?

Oczywiście błąd. Ma być: "Na dno ułożyć warstwę warzyw, następnie warstwę duszonych ziemniaków i znowu warzywa." Za błąd przepraszam. Już poprawiłem.
