Karkóweczka prima sort

Ingredients:

1 kg karkówki bez kości
1 słoiczek musztardy delikatesowej lub podobnej
8-10 łyżek oleju
2 łyżeczki miodu
1/2 łyżeczki pasty paprykowej
3-4 ząbki czosnku
12 zieren jałowca
1 łyżeczka cząbru
1 łyżeczka oregano
1 łyżeczka delikatu czerwonego do mięs
1 łyżeczka Vegety ziołowej lub ziół prowansalskich albo włoskich
1/2 pieprzu - najlepiej tzw. "młotkowany" Kamisa
1 duża cebula

Prepare instructions:

Karkówkę oczywiście umyć i osuszyć. Pokroić na kotlety ok. 1 cm (nie wolno rozbjać!!).
Wszystkie pozostałe składnik dokładnie ze soba połączyć, jałowiec najlepiej rozgnieść w moździerzu, czosnek rozgnieść, cebule dowolnie posiekać i także dodac do sosu. Tak przygotowanym sosem smarować dokładnie każdy kawałek karkówki i odstawic na co najmniej 1 godz. do lodówki.
Teraz rozpalic grilla i ostrożnie smażyc na niezybyt ostrym ogniu, przewracjaąc kilkakrotnie każdy kawałek. Jedyna wadą tego jest to, że kapiący sos może się przypalać, ale doświadczony "grillowacz" poradzi sobie z tym doskonale.

Podawać np. z ziemniakami w skórkach, ugotowanymi z dodatkiem rozmarynu i z sałatką grecką... Zimne piwko, dobre towarzysto... I żyć nie umierać!!

pycha - ja nie dodaje miodu bo nie lubie slodkiego smaku miesa - ale przepis PRIMA SORT:)
