Karmelowiec bardzo kruchy

Ingredients:

Ciasto:

4 żółtka

1 szklanki cukru pudru

50 dkg mąki

25 dkg margaryny

1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia

Krem:

0,5 l śmietany kremówki 30%

1 szklanki cukru pudru (można zrezygnować z użycia cukru)

2 opakowania śmietanki FIX

Dodatki:

mleko skondensowane słodzone, orzechy włoskie

Mleko należy gotować w wodzie przez 2,5 –3 godz. na małym ogniu

Prepare instructions:

Zarobić ciasto, podzielić na 2 części. Wyłożyć na 2 brytfanki. Piec ok. 20 – 30 min.

Do garnka z gotującą się już wodą wkładamy puszkę mleka skondensowanego i gotujemy. Śmietanę ubić z cukrem pudrem (lub bez) cukier dodawać porcjami i pod koniec ubijania śmietany na sztywno dodając po trochu śmietankę FIX. Jeden placek posmarować ubitą śmietaną. Na to ułożyć drugi placek i rozsmarować na nim ugotowany karmel (z mleka zagęszczanego) i posypać pokruszonymi orzechami włoskimi.

Wiesz, wszystko zależy od piekarnika. Ja mam elektryczny, bez termoobiegu i piekę go w 150 stopniach.
