Karmelowy popcorn

Ingredients:

200 g nieuprażonego popcornu
olej
¾ łyżeczki soli
125 g masła
50 ml miodu
1/3 łyżeczki sody
1 szkl. cukru
papier do pieczenia

Prepare instructions:

Popcorn prażymy na oleju, solimy i dokładnie mieszamy.
Masło, miód i cukier wkładamy do dużego garnka i zagotowujemy. Po 7 minutach dodajemy sodę i gotujemy dalej na średnim ogniu ok. 5 minut.
Garnek zdejmujemy z gazu, wsypujemy popcorn i szybko mieszamy (karmel szybko zastyga). Do mieszania najlepiej użyć drewnianej łyżki, posmarowanej olejem (dzięki temu popcorn nie będzie do niej przylegał).
Gdy popcorn będzie równomiernie pokryty karmelem, wykładamy go na blasze, wyłożonej papierem do pieczenia.
Po zastygnięciu rozdzielamy poszczególne ziarna popcornu (jeżeli będzie taka potrzeba).

Uwielbiam... Mieszkam w UK i kupuję taki gotowy w paczkach. Jest rewelacyjny! Może kiedyś wykonam go sama w domu, dzięki Tobie;)

Można zrobić go dzień przed podaniem ,czy musi być zrobiony zaraz przed spożyciem ??
