Kasza gryczana zapiekana w mięsie mielonym

Ingredients:

Masa mięsna:
0,5 kg mięsa mielonego wieprzowo - wołowego
1 jajko
3 łyzki bułki tartej
1 cebula
1 łyżeczka musztardy
vegeta, pieprz

Masa z kaszy:
1 torebka kaszy gryczanej
2 papryki żółte( mogą być inne )
1 jajko
1 łyzka śmietany
natka pietruszki suszona lub świerza
1 łyżeczka ziół prowansalskich
vegeta, pieprz

Dodatkowo 3 jajka ugotowane na twardo

Prepare instructions:

Mięso razem z pozostałymi składnikami wyrabiamy na gładką masę(cebulę zetrzeć na tarce z grubymi oczkami), odstawiamy na 5 minut, żeby bułka namokła.

Kaszę gotujemy, paprykę kroimy i smażymy na odrobinie oleju, dodajemy ugotowaną kaszę, chwilę smażymy razem, dodajemy przyprawy, zioła i natkę, wbijamy jajko, smażymy aż do całkowitego ścięcia, dodajemy śmietanę.

Foremkę keksową wykładamy papierem do pieczenia lub folią aluminiową, na dno wykładamy połowę mięsa, na to połowę kaszy, układamu wzdłuż obrane jajka, na to znowu kasza i na wierzch resztę mięsa.

Wstawiamy do piekarnika na termoobieg na 180^o C na 30 minut.

Czy natka pietruszki jest tutaj niezbędna? Czy nie doprawienie potrawy natką zmieni wyraźnie smak potrawy?

Nie jest konieczna, ale ja poprostu bardzo ją lubię i dodaję do większości potraw Jej brak nie powinien znacznie zmienić smaku.

Tak, ale jeśli ktoś nie lubi dość specyficznego smaku natki to może z niej zrezygnować i napewno to tej pieczeni znacznie nie zaszkodzi
