kawałki kurczaka w cieście Moniki

Ingredients:

3 łyżki mąki zwykłej
3 łyżki mąki ziemniaczanej
1 jajo
przyprawa do kurczaka
2 filety z kurczaka
olej

Prepare instructions:

1. filet z kurczaka pokoroić na małe kawałki
2. do miski wsypac obie mąki dodać jajo i odrobine przyprawy do kurczaka wszystko razem wymieszać
3. pokrojonego na kawałki kurczaka dodać do miski i wszystko razem dobrze wymieszać
4. na patelni rozgrzać olej ( ale trzeba dać go więcej niz kiedy smażymy kotlety! mniej więcej tyle ile na frytki tak żeby przykrył kawałki kurczaka)
5. widelcem wyjmujemy po kawałeczku kurczaka z miski i wrzucamy na olej
6. smażymy z obu stron tak żeby nasz kurczaczek sie zrumienił

7. po usmażeniu kurczaka najlepiej wylożyc na papierowy recznik zeby odsączyć go z oleju
8. najlepiej smakuje z ziemniakami i surówka z kapusty pekińskiej ( na tej stronce również podałam przepis na tą surówke)

Bardzo dobry kurczak, do tego zrobiłam surówkę z kapusty pekińskiej i podsmażyłam ryż z curry i gałką muszkatałową. Pasowałby jeszcze sos słodko-kwaśny, ale nie miałam akurat. Polecam!!!
