Ingredients:

kostka twarogu półtłustego (250g)
jajko
mąka (kilka łyżek- na wyczucie)
masło
cukier
cynamon
sól

Prepare instructions:

Twaróg wyrabiamy z jajkiem i mąką. "Sukces" tego przepisu zależy od ilości użytej mąki. Ciasto musi się trzymać, ale im więcej mąki tym kluski będą bardziej zbite i twarde. A one maj być LEKKIE i PUSZYSTE.

Natępnie ciasto zwijamy w rulon i go spłaszczamy.

Kluseczki wrzucamy do gotującej, posolonej wody. Gotujemy ok. 3min. od wypłynięcia klusek na powierzchnię wody. Odcedzone kluski podajemy z cukrem, cynamonem i roztopionym masłem. Ilość klusek wystarczy dla 2 osób.

Jest to super przepis dla niejadków. Pychotka. Niektórzy podają te kluski jak kalafior z tartą bułką. Mi to nie smakuje. Cynamon jest tu kluczową sprawą oraz miękkość tych kluseczek.
