Kminkowy (2 wersje sosu

Ingredients:

Łyżka kminku utłuczonego w moździeżu (lub w lnianej ściereczce młotkiem na desce), 2 łyżki masła, 2 łyżeczki mąki krupczatki.
Wersja słodka - szklanka białego wina, łyżka miodu, szczypta białego pieprzu.
Wersja wytrawna - szklanka rosołu (może być z kostki), sól, czarny pieprz.

Prepare instructions:

Kminek leciutko przesmażyć na maśle ( 2 min.), dodać mąkę, zasmażyć na jasno (najwyżej lekko żółto).
W wersji słodkiej zasmażkę rozprowadza się białym winem z miodem i białym pieprzem i delikatnie gotuje parę minut. Używać do polewania ciepłych deserów (budynie, naleśniki). W wersji wytrawnej zasmażkę rozprowadza się zimnym rosołem, gotuje 3 min i doprawia solą i czarnym pieprzem do smaku. Ten sos można używać do warzyw mięs i ryb.

Zmodyfikowalam troche Twoj przepis - zrobilam sos do poledwicy - dodalam tez ziarenka kminku w calosci i sos zabielilam. Dzieki za inspiracje! :) A cale moje danie ma numer 18850 - polecam wiec poledwice w kminkowym sosie :)
