Kolorowe Risotto

Very easy

Ingredients:

ok. 2-3 łyżki stołowe ryżu do Risotto (można kupić w hipermarketach)
kilka różyczek brokułów
2-3 łyzki stołowe słodkiej kukurydzy (Bonduelle - z puszki lub mrożona)
2-3 łyżki stołowe groszku zielonego
1-2 młodych marchewek
natka pietruszki
woda
oliwa z pestek winogron
sól, majeranek, pieprz

Prepare instructions:

Wstawić wode - 1.5 do 2 szklanek - do zagotowania, dodać ryż do gotujacej się wody, dodać pokrojoną w kwadraciki lub kółeczka marchewkę i brokuły i gotować ok. 10min. Dodać przyprawy do smaku, kukurydzę i groszek. Jeśli potrawa jest bardzo gęsta, dodać wodę - konsystencja powinna przypominać np. gulasz. Po ok. 5 min. jesli marchewka i brokuły już będą miękkie dodać posiekaną pietruszkę i zdiąc z ognia.
Można podawać z łyżka jogurtu naturalnego, co moja niunia uwielbia. Smacznego!

Tak, to gotowany raz z jarzynkami, ale przepisik ciekawy!

w skladnikach jest oliwa z pestek winogron, ale w przepisie jej nie ma. Kiedy dodajesz oliwe i ile? Prosze o szybką odpowiedź

jak zwła, tak zwał, ale ważne, że smakuje. Ja dodałam jeszcze kalafior. Pyszne. Mąż już się pyta, kiedy znów zrobię
