Kolorowe świąteczne ciasteczka

Ingredients:

Ciasto:
50 dag mąki
1 kostka masła
4 żółtka
15 dag cukru
4-5 łyżek kwaśnej śmietany

Biała polewa:
25 dag cukru pudru
2 białka
2 łyżki soku z cytryny

Ciemna polewa:
25 dag cukru
15 dag gorzkiej czekolady

Prepare instructions:

Z 50 dag mąki, kostki masła, 4 żółtek, 15 dag cukru i 4-5 łyżek kwaśnej śmietany zagnieść kruche ciasto. Włożyć je na godzinę do lodówki, po czym rozwałkować i foremkami powycinać ciasteczka o dowolnych kształtach. Ułożyć na blasze wysmarowanej tłuszczem i piec na jasnożółty kolor w piekarniku nagrzanym do 200stopni C. Ciasteczka polać jasną lub ciemną polewą, udekorować kolorowymi cukiereczkami, migdałami, orzechami.

Biała polewa:

25 dag cukru pudru utrzeć z 2 białkami na puszysty krem. Dodać 2 łyżki soku z cytryny. Posmarować ciasteczka od razu po wyjęciu z piekarnika.

Ciemna polewa:
25 dag cukru rozpuścić w niewielkiej ilości wody, dodać 15 dag roztopionej gorzkiej czekolady i utrzeć na gładką masę. Ciepłą polewą posmarować ostudzone ciasteczka.
