Ingredients:

-1kg szynki(zmielonej)
-2 jaja
-sól,pieprz,papryka słodka
-0.5kg pieczarek
-1 duża cebula
-1/2 puszki pomidorów+sok

-0.2 kg sera żółtego(pokrojonego w słupki)

Prepare instructions:

1)Na patelnię wrzucic pokrojone pieczarki.Po odparowaniu wody dodać cebulę pokrojoną w kostkę +pomidory+papryka mielona+sól,pieprz(dusić ok.10 min).Ja przyprawiam na ostro
2)Mięso+jaja+przyprawy -wyrobić

3)Uformować owalne płaskie kotleciki i układać na blaszce a na to farsz.

4)Wstawić do piekarnika 180 st na około 20 min
5)Po tym czasie ułożyć na kotletach ser w kratkę i jeszcze chwilę zapiec
6)Następnie wcinamy

Witaj.Nie smaruję blaszki(papier do pieczenia wystarczy) i nie przykrywam w czasie pieczenia.Pozdrawiam również
