Ingredients:

Ciasto:
     10 dkg.cukru
       8 żółtek
       4 białka
       6 dkg.mąki
       2 dkg.mąki ziemniaczanej
       8 dkg.zmielonych mogdałów
          szczypta cynamonu

Krem:
    1/2 l.mleka
       1 budyń waniliowy
       5 łyżek cukru
       3 łyżki kawy rozpuszczalnej
       1 kostka masła
       3 łyżki cukru-pudru
          ziarenka kawy

Prepare instructions:

Żółtka utrzeć z 5 dkg.cukru.
Z białek ubijać pianę,dadając stopniowo pozostały cukier.Pianę wymięszać z żółtkami.
Mąkę wymieszać z ziemnieczaną,cynamonem,migdałami i dodać do masy.Tak przygotowane ciasto należy koniecznie rozsmarować w blaszce keksowej wyłożonej pergaminem.Piec około 10 min.w temp 250 stopni.Placek przekroić na 3 części.

Budyń wymięszać z 4 łyżkami mleka.Resztę mleka należy zagotować z cukrem i kawą.
Wlać rozmieszany budyń - wyrobić.Masło utrzeć z cukrem-pudrem ,dodać przestudzony budyń.Dobrze wyrobić krem przełożyć nim ciasto a wierzch lekko przesmarować i posypać ziarenkami kawy.

Podany czas (10min) i temperatura (250 st C) pieczenia są błędne! Ciasto po 10 min w tej temp jest surowe! Należy zweryfikować podaną informację.
