Krem do tortow delikatny

Ingredients:

pol litra mleka
4 zoltka
100 g cukru
40 g maki
250 ml smietany kremowki
pol kostki masla
laska wnilii

Prepare instructions:

laske wanilii przekroic wzdluz i zagotowac w mleku
zoltka ucierac z cukrem na biala puszysta mase, dodajac po troszeczku make
wyjac z ugotowanego mleka wanilie
gorace mleko dodawac do masy cienkim strumieniem, nie przerywajac miksowac
garnek postawic na malym ogniu, miksujac az do zgestnienia masy
odstawic do ostudzenia
schlodzona w lodowce smietane ubic mikserem na puszysta piane
polaczyc obie masy dodajac miekkie maslo

Masa jest bardzo delikatna, nie czuc ani jaj, ani maki, ani tluszczu. Mozna przekladac torty i ciasta.

robie wlasnie mase i musze przyznac ze nie wychodzi mi na ogniu podgrzewajac wychodzi mi piana czemu ? za 1 razem mi sie udalo a teraz nie wiem czemu piana jest robie wszystko wg. przepisu

2 razy tak samo robilam i zoltaka z goracym mlekiem mi sie sciely na wolnym ogniu a z miksowania wyszla mi wielka piana co jest nie tak. Nie mam juz sily rok temu robilam i wyszlo idealnie a teraz nic.

byc moze to zalezy od jajek...mi sie tak czasami robi przy robiemiu nalesnikow...ogromna piana i slobo sie ubijaly...
