KREMÓWKI PAPIESKIE wg Marty Gessler

Ingredients:

1 op. mrożonego ciasta francuskiego
MASA BUDYNIOWA do wyboru;
MASA I :
3 łyżki mąki ziemniaczaej, 3 łyżki mąki pszennej,
5 jajek, 6 łyżek cukru, 1 litr mleka 1op. cukru wanilinowego, cukier puder do posypania.
MASA II:
30 żółtek, 30 dag cukru, 1 cukier wanilinowy, 10 dag mąki, 1 litr mleka

Prepare instructions:

Rozmrozić ciasto. Zwilżyć płaty wodą. Podzielić na cztery równe części. położyć jeden na drugim.

Piec 20-25 min. w 200 st.C. Przestudzić. Kroić na kwadraty (jak napoleonki).

Przygotować wybraną masę budyniową.

MASA I: mąkę ziemniaczaną, pszenną, 3 żółtka, 5 łyżek cukru i cukier wanilinowy wymieszać z 3/4 szkl. mleka. Pozostałe mleko zagotować.
Do gotującego się mleka wlewać rozmieszane żółtka z mąką, cukrem i mlekiem. ciągle mieszać.
Zdjąć z ognia. Dodać 2 żółtka rozbite z odrobiną mleka. białka z dwóch jaj ubić z łyżką cukru. Całość wymieszać. odstawić na ok.10 minut.

MASA II: z żółtek i cukru ubić kogel-mogel. Dodać mąkę. Wymieszać. Mlekao zagotować i mieszając wlać masę jajeczną. Zagotować.

Mieszać, by się nie przypaliło.

Czy do drugiej masy potrzebne są aż 30 żółtka?

Kremówki robiłam w sobotę z wersją II masy.Te 30 żółtek to naprawdę nie przypadek.A kremówki są the best !! Pozdrówka !!!
