Ingredients:

Ciasto kruche:

30 dag mąki
15 dag margaryny
1 łyzka śmietany
0,5 szklanki cukru
2 łyżki miodu
1 płaska łyżeczka sody

Biszkopt:

4 jaja
1 szklanka cukru
0,5 szklanki mąki pszennej
0,5 szklanki mąki ziemniaczanej
1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia

Masa:

3\4 l mleka
3 łyżki cukru
2 łyżki mąki ziemniaczanej
2 łyżki mąki pszennej
cukier waniliowy
1 kostka margaryny

Prepare instructions:

Ciasto kruche:

Z podanych składników szybko zagnieść ciasto, podzielić na 2 części i upiec.

Biszkopt:

Białka ubić na sztywną pianę, dodać cukier, dalej ubijać. Następnie dodać żółtka, ubić.
Wymieszać delikatnie z obydwoma mąkami i proszkiem.Upiec w takiej samej blaszce co ciasto kruche.

Masa:
Odlać trochę mleka do rozprowadzenia mąki , resztę mleka zagotować z margaryną, cukrem , cukrem waniliowym. Do gotującego się mleka powoli wlewać mleko wymieszane z mąką , cały czas mieszając.Gorącym kremem przełożyć ostudzone placki.

Kolejność przełożenia:
Kruche ciasto - krem - biszkopt - krem - kruche ciasto - polewa.

Zrobiłam na święta,po raz pierwszy robiłam do królewicza placki miodowe bez jajka.Wyszło bardzo smacznie i tak już zostanie u mnie.Polecam.
