Ingredients:

ciasto miodowe:

30 dkg mąki
10 dkg cukru
15 dkg masła
jajko
3-4 łyżki miodu
łyżeczka imbiru
łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia

biszkopt cytrynowy:

10 dkg mąki pszennej
torebka kisielu cytrynowego
4 jajka
15 dkg cukru
cytryna
łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia

krem waniliowy:

0,4 l mleka
opakowanie budyniu waniliowego z cukrem
20 dkg masła

Prepare instructions:

Ciasto miodowe: z podanych składników zagnieść szybko ciasto kruche, podzielić na dwie części, schłodzić i upiec dwa placki.
Biszkopt: białka ubić na sztywno z cukrem, dalej ubijając dodawać po jednym żółtku, mąkę, sok i skórkę z cytryny, kisiel i proszek do pieczenia. Upiec w tej samej formie co ciasto kruche.
Ugotować budyń w podanej ilości mleka, ostudzić i utrzeć z masłem (może być margaryna), w razie potrzeby dodać cukier ( według uznania).
Na placku miodowym rozłożyć połowę kremu, przykryć biszkoptem, posmarować resztą kremu i przykryć drugim plackiem miodowym. Polać dowolną polewą.

Polewa na zdjęciu:
pół kostki margaryny roztopić, dodać połamaną tabliczkę czekolady mlecznej, wymieszać aż się rozpuści, ewentualnie podgrzewająć (nie gotować !).

nie skanuje, nie mam na płytce, zgrane z aparatu siedzą na dysku.

jak ciasto kruche - do zrumieninienia - myślę że wystarczy 15-20 minut w ok. 200 st, ale wszystko zależy od piekarnika :)
