przepis podstawowy;
3 szklanki maki
1 szklanka cukru
1 łyżeczka proszku do pieczenia
1,5 kostki masła

kruszonka kokosowa :
małe opakowanie - 50 gram wiórków kokosowych
około 2/3 szklanki cukru
3 szklanki maki
1,5 kostki masła

kruszonka cynamonowa
przepis podstawowy plus 1 duża czubata łyzka cynamonu

kruszonka kakaowa
przepis podstawowy plus
2 łyzki kakao

kruszonka orzechowa
3/4 szklanki cukru
3 szklanki maki
1,5 kostki masła
50 gram siekanych orzechów

Prepare instructions:

przepis podstawowy (kruszonka na dużą blache ciasta)

wymieszaj 3 szklanki maki z cukrem i proszkiem do pieczenia, masło drobno posiekaj, dodaj do maki i cukru, wyrób ciasto.
ciasto sciskaj w dłoniach tak, aby przechodziło miedzy palcami i powstawały "kluseczki"
posyp nimi ciasto

wyrobione ciasto na kruszonke mozesz równiez wczesniej zamrozic, a nastepnie zetrzec na tarce i posypać tym placek

jesli podczas pieczenia zobaczysz, że kruszonka jest już zarumieniona, ale ciasto jeszcze nie gotowe, przykryj forme folia aluminiową, dzieki temu kruszonka nie przypali się, a placek w spokoju sie dopiecze.
