Ingredients:

2 piersi z kurczaka

marynata:
2 łyżki sosu sojowego
1 łyżka octu balsamicznego lub winnego
2 łyżeczki mielonego imbiru
2 ząbki przeciśniętego czosnku
1 łyżka brązowego cukru
2 łyżeczki mąki kukurydzianej

Prepare instructions:

Mięso umyć, osuszyć ręcznikiem i przeciąć każde w połowie na filety.
Mają być cztery.
Wszystkie składniki na marynatę wymieszać w misce.
Włożyć filety z kurczaka i wstawić do lodówki na 2-3 godziny.
Na patelni rozgrzać oliwę.
Kurczaka wyjąć z marynaty (marynatę zachować) i smażyć na złoty kolor.
Do marynaty dodać ok. 1/2 szklanki wody, cukier i 2 łyżeczki mąki
kukurydzianej. Wymieszać dokładnie.
Mięso zdjąć z patelni.

Wlać marynatę. Mieszać aż powstanie gładki sos (w razie potrzeby można dodać więcej wody).
Włożyć mięso i smażyć wszystko jeszcze przez kilka minut.

Bardzo smaczne choć dla mnie z początku troszke za mało słone... posoliłam i było pyszne!!! POlecam z pieczonymi ziemniakami i surówka z białej kapusty :)
