Kurczak w mleku kokosowym po tajsku

Ingredients:

200 ml mleka kokosowego

2 średnie cebule

2 ząbki czosnku

3 łyżeczki curry

starty imbir (ok. 3 cm kawałek)

starta skórka z limonki

2 piersi z kurczaka

sól

olej do smażenia

10 pieczarek

1 papryka czerwona

1 papryka zielona

1 papryka żółta

łyżeczka posiekanej świeżej bazylii

łyżeczka posiekanej świeżej kolendry

Prepare instructions:

Piersi z kurczaka kroimy w plasterki, lekko doprawiamy solą. nacieramy czosnkiem. Wszystkie warzywa myjemy i kroimy w cienkie paseczki. Do miseczki wlewamy mleko kokosowe, dodajemy curry i dokładnie mieszamy. Piersi podsmażamy na patelni. Gdy już się zrumienią dodajemy pokrojone wcześniej warzywa i zmiażdżony czosnek i podsmażamy. Następnie na patelnię wlewamy wcześniej przygotowane mleko kokosowe z curry, imbir i skórkę z limonki i dusimy. Na koniec posypujemy bazylią i kolendrą. Podajemy z ryżem. Smacznego!

Do soli, włącznie +sos sojowy babka gotowała wczoraj na którymś z programów kulinarnych.Kurczak pokrojony w dużą kostke moczyła w wyżej wymienionych składnikach ,a nastepnie piekła jako szaszłyk.Pozdrawiam,napewno wypróbuję ,bo jestem wzrokowcem i apetycznie to wszystko wygladało.

Proszę napisać czy smakowało. Ja polecam, naprawdę pyszne danie :)
