Leczo dla początkujących wg Różyczki

Very easy

Ingredients:

3 kolorowe papryki
3 -4 duże młode cebule
4-5 dużych pomidorów
2 młode marchewki
1 młoda cukinia
8 odtłuszczonych parówek
sól
pieprz
1 łyżeczka słodkiej papryki
1/2 łyżeczki ostrej papryki
1.2 łyżeczki majeranku(jeżeli lubimy)
1 łyżka oleju

Prepare instructions:

Cebulę pokroić w talarki,zeszklić na oleju na patelni,dodać pokrojone w plasterki parówki,chwilkę smażyć.
Następnie dodać pokrojoną paprykę,sparzone i pokrojone pomidory bez skórki,marchewkę pokrojoną w kosteczkę,cukinię.
Dusić wszystko pod przykryciem około 20 min,pod koniec dodać przyprawy.

Podawać z bagietką lub ryżem.

Dzisiaj (pierwszy raz) zrobiłam leczo (oczywiście z Twojego przepisu) i było niesamowite! Następnym razem dam mniejsze cebulki ;)

Leczo wyszło bardzo dobre, następnym razem zrobię z podwójnej porcji.
