Ingredients:

Biszkopt:
3 jajka
3 łyżki cukru
3 łyżki mąki

Masa:
1 szkl. gęstej śmietany
3 łyżki cukru
1 galaretka truskawkowa
1 łyżeczka żelatyny

4 łyżki nutelli
1 galaretka truskawkowa

Prepare instructions:

Białka ubić, dodać cukier,gdy dobrze ubite dodawać po jednym żółtku.Na koniec dodać mąkę i dokładnie wymieszać. Wylać do tortownicy o średnicy 24 cm wysmarowanej tłuszczem( wysmarować tylko spód). Piec w temp.180C około 30 minut.
Lekko przestudzić i posmarować nutellą, ułożyć truskawki jedna koło drugiej.
Teraz zrobić masę.Galaretkę wymieszać z żelatyną. Rozpuścić w 1 szklance wrzącej wody, ostudzić. Śmietanę ubić z cukrem, wlać krzepnącą galaretkę. Wylać na truskawki. Całość zalać drugą galaretką zrobioną według przepisu na opakowaniu. Włożyć do lodówki.
